Location-Specific Monitoring for Vietnam

I propose adding monitoring locations within Vietnam to Bubobot's network. This would allow users to:

1. Monitor from Vietnam: Select specific locations within Vietnam to monitor our websites and APIs.

2. Accurate Response Times: Get more accurate response time measurements reflecting the experience of Vietnamese users.

3. Faster Issue Detection: Detect issues more quickly that might only affect users accessing websites from within Vietnam.

4. Improved Performance Insights: Gain deeper insights into website performance for the Vietnamese market.
